Everyone who works here loves independent music and our team also work on numerous side-projects including radio shows, club nights, DJ gigs, podcasts and live performances. This personal passion translates into how we approach our work: with sensitivity, commitment and in-depth understanding of music and culture. 

A friendly and open office culture is very important to us as a result we aim to maintain a relaxed and open atmosphere with minimal hierarchies. Our head office is based in Berlin’s Wedding district part of the Silent Green cultural quarter. We work primarily in English.

Digital Supply Chain Coordinator

K7 Music is looking for an ambitious and motivated Digital Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team.

This role will manage the digital supply chain function from master and metadata ingestion through to delivery to DSPs including Spotify, Apple, and Amazon Music amongst many others. You will work closely with label managers and the wider K7 Music team to ensure the accurate delivery of digital assets to DSPs.

You will also be responsible for maintaining metadata across our entire catalog to ensure information is complete and up to date, as well as implementing systems and workflows for music and asset distribution across the business.

The ideal candidate will have some prior experience working within the digital supply chain at a label/distributor or comparable company, and ideally has knowledge of digital delivery platforms  as well as CMS systems, and be comfortable parsing and analyzing large metadata sets.

This starting point for the role is 30 hours per week.


  • Manage global digital supply chain in line with the release schedule
  • Ensuring all metadata and assets are compliant with the required standards
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of assets to DSPs including download, streaming, video services, and promotional platforms
  • Resolve data conflicts and inquiries from internal and external partners
  • Manage the bulk ingestion and delivery of back catalogs as new labels are signed
  • Work with the Head of the Digital Supply Chain to establish robust product creation, metadata ingestion, and digital distribution processes
  • Always looking for ways to improve the accuracy and depth of metadata across our labels catalogues and an interest in the future developments of the bigger supply chain landscape 


  • Passionate about music with previous music industry experience, preferably within the digital supply chain
  • Be highly organized and methodical in work with the ability to prioritize your own workload
  • Acute attention to detail and high-quality standards
  • Clear thinker with the ability to solve problems, whilst highlighting potential problems when necessary
  • Knowledgeable in metadata standards such as DDEX
  • Knowledgeable of audio and video technical specifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Have a process-driven and continuous improvement mindset
