Diversity and Inclusion at !K7

!K7 is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse, accessible and inclusive workplace, free from discrimination and harassment. We aim to cultivate a communicative and honest internal and external culture that engenders a safe and happy working environment for all staff, guests and partners.

  • Discrimination and harassment will not be tolerated and we have clear guidelines in place to prevent this.
  • We work with industry bodies including AIM and IMPALA to develop industry standards for Diversity and Inclusion.
  • We continually evaluate our work on accessibility, community involvement and recruitment. All staff are encouraged to be part of this process through open forums and working groups.
