
Luca is an outstanding string arranger playing violin, viola, six-string violectra by himself including piano and electronics. One thing that makes him a potential asset is that he plays multiple string instruments and piano himself, which means that he can turn around a multi-part arrangement very quickly.
In 2015, he composed the score for the film ‘La Scelta’ directed by Michelle Placido and worked with him on other beautiful projects.
Luca D’Alberto has collaborated with the prestigious “Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch” in the “Pina40” Festival in Germany; and he has worked with with Giorgio Albertazzi and Constanza Quatriglio. He is carrying out an intense professional collaboration with Michele Placido for what it concerns theatre and cinema.

He composed the official soundtrack for ‘OBEDIENCE’ a prestigious music/artistic installation at the Jewish Museum in Berlin, by Peter Greenaway and Saskia Boddeke.
Luca’s music is the soundtrack for the video installation Chtchoukine, Matisse, la Danse et la Musique (Direction by Saskia Boddeke, Script by Peter Greenaway) at the prestigious Louis Vuitton Foundation, Paris.
