Red Axes return with the second EP in the Trips series: Trips #2 in Vietnam. Four great tracks that document of a trip to Vietnam in which the pair worked recorded alongside local musicians including flute player Minh Duong and students from the HMC Conservatory of Music and the Hue Academy of Music.
The accompanying film captures the essence of the trip, shows some of the recording sessions and local life in Vietnam, from beach parties to incense rituals via communal dances in public spaces, all of which inspired and infuse this record.
